For the first time in three seasons, Essendon will have a #8 running around on the paddock.
Essendon coach Kevin Sheedy confirmed this afternoon that former Gippsland Power midfielder Jason Winderlich will make his debut for the Bombers against Richmond this week.

Bewick was my favourite player so i've got a soft spot for this kid already. Can't wait to see how he goes.

Good to see Essendon give Winda a go!
We do need some fresh legs out on the field,
we are playing Richmond,who are 5th on the ladder for the time being,if we dont beat them I will be shocked...

GO DONS With both teams so gutted by injury how can you judge the teams' performance for where they currently stand and to draw a line through both teams form for the remainder of the year?
