I was going to post Lux Aeterna (Requiem for a Dream), but you already did that. :( The epic orchestral version is my favourite (Requiem for a Tower).

Clint Mansell's (of Requiem fame) score for The Fountain is a favourite of mine:

The Terminator - Brad Fiedel
QKF-tOtK6nw
Predator - Alan Silvestri

While the whole film was cool, i particularly liked this guitar part from The Crow (mainly referencing the section that takes place between the 50 second through to 1 minute mark). I got a little excited a few years ago when channel 9 used an extended version while playing a hyper video prior to a match starting :thumbsu:.

I consider the music OST soundtrack to be the BEST movie soundtrack of all time. I also own the score soundtrack and that goes down an absolute treat aswell.
My ultimate score theme is the Superman march, i think that it is fantastic.

The "Little Miss Sunshine" one is brilliant.
Two more;
Metamorphosis 2 by Philip Glass for the "The Hours"

For the Love of a Princess by James Horner for "Braveheart"

Pretty much any score Clint Mansell does is awesome though.

Dead Man - Neil Young - one of the greatest scores ever.
The Mission
Good Bad & Ugly

Have to agree with Dead Man (pretty much any part), Requiem for a Dream (Lux Aeterna) and The Fountain (Death is the Road to Awe, and Together We Will Live Forever).
Also this part from Last of the Mohicans...

In The House In A Heartbeat from 28 Days Later (and used again in 28 Weeks Later)
KSYYEDXaGo0
The intro to Koyaanisqatsi (first 3-4mins)
XrQMB_xcDSE
and although technically not a score, but I really like the use of Brian Eno's instrumental The Big Ship in the intro of The Power of Nightmares (starting about 45secs in). It was also well used in The Lovely Bones more recently.
Qk1WkmioQvA
Both of these from This Is England. Used in powerful scenes. Immediately had me getting the sheet music and playing the piano again.

Yeah, he also did the soundtrack to the Mission, which is great, bought the CD, not my usual kind of music.

I can't go past this.
Futuristic French electronica and Australian WW1 movies are unlikely bedfellows but they combined to make an all time classic in this case.
