Congratulations Port.. deserved the win in the end.

Just wish Choppy hadn't of found form today..

Chad Cornes.. I will keep my trap shut about him.
Refer to the Roo board if you want to know what I think of him, I believe there is a thread just for him.

Top effort today Port. Better than us in every respect and thoroughly deserved your win.

And there was nothing wrong with what Cornes did Tash. Footy's a contact sport mate. Sh*t happens like that and i doubt he deliberately tried to hurt Sinclair in that fashion.

He shouldnt' be playing footy if he cant control his leg{s}.

It may be a contact sport, but it gives him no right to go and kick Sinclair when Sinclair was obvisouly hurt already.

I honestly doubt you saw the effort after the bump.

That was the contact that forced Sinclair off the field. That is the contact that will see Cornes have a three week rest.

Congrats BTW. More skilful, faster and smarter. Rapt Byron played well.

I saw the contact after the bump, thought it was nasty getting in his face, but nothing more.

Congrats. Echo Northbhoy`s comments on Choppy. Glad to see some of the heat taken off him. Hopefully he goes on with it now.

In his face?

He dropped his knees into a bloke who was already dazed from the first hit (which was a pearler FWIW).

Dirty pr1ck effort.

Sinclair hurt himself trying to shoulder Cornes, bad idea, what Cornes did after was probably excessive. Yes he did catch him with his knees/leg but the ball was basically on top of Sinclair so if infact the tribunal says he has anything to answer for, he should be able to argue his case fairly easily and claim the contact happened in an attempt to win the ball.

I'd say it was an evener-upper as Sinclair himslef dropped his elbows into a Port player earlier on, also Chad & Jess didn't seem to see eye to eye on another occassion.
