If you ever have a friend who is on hardcore drugs, MAKE THEM WATCH THIS MOVIE!!! God damn, I just saw it last night and I have to say it was one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had, yet, it was an amazing movie.

It's an absolute must see, if you can handle it.

Pretty gruesome stuff isnt it? The last few scenes were some of the most depressing, realistic I have seen in cimema.

I know. Probably the most distrubing thing I've ever seen.

And also the first time Ive seen 2 chicks getting it on and not enjoyed it! :p

But you're right, the last few scenes are extremely depressing and I cant get it outta my head. :(

I think I need to go watch "Glitter" or something. I'm sick of movies with substance.

check out the website -

http://www.requiemforadream.com/

it is one of the trippiest sites I've ever seen... at times I thought somehow I'd jumped to another site, but no, it's all part of the same thing.... all done in Flash

you'll get to a nearly blank white screen at one stage... move your mouse over the screen, and watch how the pics come up... the mouse also guides the view point... brilliant bit of work!

Even better, make them watch this movie after a long night out and coming down.

(You may need to be in attendance for suicide watch). :D

A fantastic film, although incredibly depressing and disturbing.

A real breakthrough film for Miss Connelly, before this she was remembered for "The Hot Spot" and "Career Opportunities". Dreadful films, but she looks great in them.

Without a doubt easily the most disturbing movie I have ever seen.

I had the wierdest feeling after watching it one night. I had to go for a drive to clear my head.

Essential viewing.

A pretty astonishing movie.

When I saw it I wanted to hand Ellen Burstyn the Oscar right then and there.

Did she win it? Because she definetly deserved it after that performance.

No, she didn't. Complete travesty. She was robbed by Julia Roberts. Who only won it because she wore a push up bra in some glorified 'life time story' movie of the week, which was completely sh*t anyway.

Requiem for a Dream is one of the best movies I have ever seen.
