Shame about the rain - looks like they're only gonna get 5-6k max.

Doing better than I did at Rosehill and Sandown on saturday.

Norwood 8.8
Sturt 3.6

15 mins gone 3rd qtr.

RoosterWedgie

3/4 time Sturt are coming home with the breeze:

Norwood 8.8
Sturt 4.6

Norwoods celebration of 125 years guernsey looks great, more red definately improves their normally drab but smart outfit.

RoosterWedgie

Norwood have dominated all day but Sturt now have the momentum, only 14pts the diff now.

N 8.9
S 6.7

Phil Doyle
19 May 2003, 18:03
how long to go?

RoosterWedgie
19 May 2003, 18:06
Norwood up by 20pts late in the last qtr.
7,000 people there in very ordinary weather.

RoosterWedgie
19 May 2003, 18:08
Norwood up by 26pts 17 min mark.

Games finished.
Norwood won by 31pts.
J. Robran BOG.

That was the worst ****ing performance i've seen from my boys in nearly 8 years.

We never looked like winning from the word go and rightly so when they had 6 scoring shots before we got it in our 50.

Toby Thurstans, Stephen White, Stewie Graham and Tim Weatherald tried hard all day with little help from the others. I was absolutely disgusted with key players such as Jade Sheedy, Brant Chambers, Damien Squire and Seamus Maloney for their lack of leadership today.

Thought there were some good signs from Norwood today, toughed it out when challenged in the final quarter.......

Best game Jonny Robran has played since he returned from Melbourne........ sound efforts from our younger brigade, and a special mention to Troy Clements for his game on Jade Sheedy, an interesting afternoon for Jade having Clemo in his ear for the day!!

This season looks wide open, with 5 maybe 6 sides capable on their day!!!!!

He had one possession all day. Worst game i've ever seen him play. It appeared that something had it rattled before the game started. Not at all surprised he was dragged in the last quarter.

Wasnt the only Blue who was rattled yesterday!!!!!!

I hardly noticed Chambers and I cant say for sure and certain (Geez the beer at The Parade is good) but had the best Full Back in the League on him in Stephen Daniels............ as I have stated earlier, what a joke he isnt in the state squad.......

In the first and third quarter it was Willo (forgive my affectionate namesake.. Ben Wilson).. dunno if he and Stephen swapped in the second and final quarters.

Brant was ****house, he would have killed Willo on any given month of Sundays. Looked like he had a hangover.. couldnt hold a mark to save his life.

Aaron has been having an excellent season so far. Has been taking many strong marks and has been excellent around the ground!

I never had a very high opinion of him last year but he has really developed this season. In years to come will take over the number one rucking job.

When Feasty finally decides that hes had it!!!!!!

Sensational Coaching from God yesterday to run Robbo off of the 2 Sturt ruckman, Feast wasnt interested in chasing him, paid the price!!!! Hes not the ruckman he once was!!!!!

Realy thats great for him, he never seemed to get to much of a go at Coburg i think because we had a few Ruckman ahead of him eg Steven Rode ( former Hawthorn and Collingwood Ruck), Paddy Steinfort from Richmond and another youngster Warren Carlyle so his oppotunities might have been limited, but its great to see his going well.

cheers
