Brett Lee's not playing in the 3rd test due to a back injury.

Let hope Inness gets a test.

Well it will be interesting. Perhaps Wilson wasn't picked in the Australia A team for a reason.

My tip will be Bichell again with Hodge to take Steve Waugh's place. Maybe Inness 12th man.

Apparently Lee is being rested as a precaution, which the team can afford to do at this time, but if he COULD play then it smacks a little of complacency thinking that we will automatically win the test regardless of who is in the XI. Bichel has been in the squad this summer so he will probably take Lee's place, with Miller being the other (more flexible) possibility.

Steve Waugh's spot will be taken by Martyn or possibly Katich. I don't think Hodge is a realistic option, despite his form. Let's not forget he is having a great start to ONE season after struggling for about three years in a row. He probably needs to do a lot more convincing before he is considered for international honours.

I say bring Andy Bichel back for Lee.
Damien Martyn would be a safe bet to replace S.Waugh. But after Jimmy Maher's very impressive 150 aginist the windies in the Australia A match yesterday he may be pushing for selection while Martyn only got 37 runs that innings. It will be intresting what happenes...

I think Bichel will get the nod for Lee's spot, although I think if Fleming was avaliable he'd be the first choice. Just think, this time last year Muller was in the test squad - now he's not even getting a game for the Bulls.

For Waughs spot, I'm going on Martyn purely because he's had test experience.

GoEagles - Muller is injured.

On Lee - more lower back probs. - I hope we don't have another Bruce Reid in our midst. He was an out and out gun cut down by back problems. Hope it doesn't happen again.

What a disater. The promoters will not be happy. I heard that a replacement could be Colin Miller because of the type of pitch they have in Adelaide. In saying that, I think Bichel should get another go.

australia normally plays two spinners in adelaide, with the exception of last year
so maybe miller will come in, he will definatly come into the squad one would think
matty inness may be a chance, last i heard today he had bowled 10 overs, 7 maidens, 1 for 9
not bad going, he got jimmy adams out

and also warny made his comeback today for stkilda, didnt bowl and made 16 batting at number 4
