View Full Version : Feel sorry for demolishing w.indies??
i dont...i remeber well a Ambrose attack at the WACA for 7/1..i still shiver thinking about that.
i enjoyed every second of the cricket so far. ok, so it wasnt really fair, but australia had to get some payback for previous summers in the caribbean.
could not agree more, the cricket this year has been very enjoyable, i remember when we use to be humiliated by the west indies, 4-20 then border would help us limp to 150, i remember the days where border would be not out in the fifties or sixties against the west indies batting at four. Let us be brutal, that is what i love about steve waugh he is brutal and relentless

I feel sorry for the Windies.
Listening to Colin Croft on the radio lamenting their lack of form is a bit sad.
You almost get the impression Croft would love to jump out of the commentary chair and send down a couple of short-pitched ones to fire the rest of the Windies up.

I don't think the Windies used to feel much sympathy for us when we were down and they used to push us over.
what goes around comes around and now those guys have an inkling of what it must have been like for the rest of us in those days.
suffer I say
cheers
