How many here went yesterday?
i know the game was a bore, as it was obvious that we had it won early on in our innings.
on another note, where did people sit and those in the southern stand, what did you think of the hilarious behaviour of the crowd?

I went, sat right beside the players race, so they walked right past me when they went out onto the field or came off. The people are pretty funny in the Southern, but the best (well second best, the best part of my day was talking to Brett Lee and Nathan Bracken and getting thier signatures) were the streakers, but the way the coppers tackled them down was uncalled for, if they were real cops they would be out patrolling the streets and taking care of the drug deals that go on there not sitting at the cricket. But all in all it was a great day/night for me, and I will be looking forward to sitting in the same place again for the second final on the 9th Feb.

im going to the odi at adelaide oval on friday
Getting 45,000 to watch Zimbabwe was a good effort, esp. when Brett Lee bowled total rubbish and then, after Harvs and Warnie really put the screws on, the ball was tossed to Boof ! Talk about keeping them in the game.
Love watching Gilchrist ( or as the scoreboard has it G-Christ ) bash the bejesus out of the thing... and Ponting is really classy. He's going to be the BIG player in England - came out in the cap and cruised. Even tho' Boof came thru', he's been exposed too often at Test level ( a bit like Matty Eliott in the Windies ) and he's just looks a little edgy.
The crowd would have to be described as ' good natured' as only lite beer gets served ( apparently West Coast Cooler is the go - or cough medicine ) but there was certainly lots of semi-clad ladies there which is a pleasant change. But it's time to move on from the beach balls - I rather liked the silly wigs group.
Heath 'Losing' Streak got a go , and so did the Flowers' OTHER brother D.Flower, esp. in the maidens stats.
