SOUTH has trimmed its squad of 50 to 34 for the intrastate football
clash with North at North Hobart on Sunday, June 8.
The captain of South will be named at a media conference at the
Wrest Point Casino on Wednesday morning and the final 22 will be announced
after the final training run on Friday.
Of the 34, 13 have played for Tasmania's VFL side.
As expected, Clarence dominates the squad with nine players,
followed by North Hobart with seven, and Glenorchy, despite its six losses
from seven games, with five.
