Tough question I have long pondered. I'm going for Dr Who due to his varied experiences across the universe, although I'm not sure how he would perform in an operating theatre.
To pre-empt a number of you who are bound to ask, I left Doogie Howser MD off the list intentionally despite the fact that he was known to be a 'boy-genius' and have an IQ off the scale, as he didn't have the street smarts to make this list, and he knew virtually nothing about women.

Doctor Drew. He can tell if someone has been molested at any time in their life by the way they talk. Can also tell a pothead by the way they talk as well. Smart guy. :thumbsu:

Fair call. I have been impressed by some of his diagnosis on Celebrity Rehab. Probably a bit smarter than Dr 90210.
