How bad is it that all nine could get to fill the American 'celebrity' quota was the dude off the big bang theory. Seriously why do they even bother with that these days they only get worse every year and have no knowledge and care for anything to do with the awards.

Shaun Micallef is better than all the rest of the talent in that room - he should host the whole thing.
How the NRL FS continues to win is beyond me - no one watches it.
:thumbsd: Bert's hosting. He could have done so much better.
Best part of the night was kd lang by a mile - 100 time better than what SuBo would have offered up. That was the only reason I watched - to see her sing.

kd laing was awesome as others have said-her performance & Shaun Micallef's first acceptance speech were my only highlights of a pretty average night (poor old Bert just didn't fire!)
I must be the only one who hasn't seen Brynn Edlestein's dress-does anyone have a pic??
Just go to the www.heraldsun.com.au and look in "Best Dressed" AND "Worst Dressed" categories. Lol, for some unknown reason she got into both!!!! She was definitely meant only for the worst imo. ;)
Margot was the absolute standout imo. With that girl from Packed to the Rafters.... both jaw dropping dresses, looked gorgeous.
And yeah dunno what everyone is raving about Bert in the paper, etc. Hardly saw him the whole night.... liked the Nixon joke but hahaha. :thumbsu:

The funny thing was the segment before it started on the fashion - Twigley picked two really nice dresses, the other guy picked two of the worst (Ruby Rose and Claudia Carvan).

How embarrassing that a lot of outfits were bought from myer. Imagine someone going to the oscars saying they bought a dress from walmart.
Dissapointed in my girl cilmi she looked awful. Megan gale is always in fine form, I have never seen her looking bad.

Honestly cant recall her name (was reported in the Herald Sun)... but she apparently posted somewhere (twitter?) that
- she hoped Bindy Irwin gets laid tonight
and
- Dont Rove and (?) make a lovely couple. Hope she doesnt die too.
