The two undefeated teams going into this round, North Shore and Campbelltown, played off in the Sydney AFL Round 6 match of the round. North Shore had the home ground advantage, but Campbelltown were going in with better form on the board; and were on top on percentage.
It may have promised to be close, but it never delivered. The conditions were so much better than last week's slog in the mud, and North Shore's running midfield were in a mood to take advantage. The marking strength up forward was there too, with Toby Kennett and Nick Hosking both kicking 2 first quarter goals as the Bombers raced out to a 7.8 (50) to 0.1 (1) quarter time lead.
The longer the day went on, the worse the Kangaroos' tale of woe became. Tragically winger Brad Pullin had to be stretchered off with concussion after a collision behind the play, but on the field it was a day to forget for the Roos. It wasn't till the 20 minute mark of the second quarter that their first goal was on the board, and at half time North Shore led 11.16 (82) to 1.2 (8).
Chadwick took over at full-foward in the third term and kicked 4 for the quarter, as the Kangaroos had no answer to the Bombers dominance. Even when they ventured forward, Mark Livy was outstanding in defence and scores were as rare as rocking horse manure. By the last quarter the Bombers were toying with the Campbelltown defence, the highlight being a brilliant snap from an impossible angle by captain Matthew Parker that he would have never attempted in a closer game.
North Shore missed some sitters, and that was the only thing that stopped the margin from being even worse. Campbelltown put up little resistance - some silly turnovers and short chip kicks that missed their man were typical. Just one of those days - and the Bombers deserved their final winning margin of 136 points - the final scores North Shore 21.28 (154) d Campbelltown 2.6 (18).

Haven't heard any scores from any other games today - I'll hopefully put them up later, and also tonight or tomorrow I should have a URL for the pics I took at Gore Hill today.
