At least he's been there. The other 'expert comments come from a journo & an ex county player (is Roebuck?, a journo too?)

For mine his enthuasism makes up for a few dud expressions.

I wasn't knocking his experience or knowledge of the game. It's those 'dud expressions' you mentioned i find annoying.
