Hayden-done ok imo without being great yet to capture his form over here again.
Gilchrist-done ok as well without being dominant.
Pointing-Another great series in my oppion is now officaly our best batsman.
Leahman-did really well with his hundred in the last game and was really good throughout the series.
Bevan-you wouldn't even know he was there as he didn't play that much.
Clark-Wow what a player he proved to be, imo our next Steve Waugh.
Symonds-done well again, maybe the world cup wasn't a fluke. Still can't bowl though.
Maher-Shocka, i dont know why he is there. hasn't made runs for Australia yet in his campains.
Harvey-was great in the first game and ok in the rest. proved his worth.
Hogg-i dont know if this guy can bowl. Got carted around and is really bowling ****. batting was ok, did not make a run until the last game. agree with that guy that said put Haurtiz there and white as this guy isn't good enough.
Lee-good and great and solid
Gillespe-really good
Bichale-average with the ball but great with the bat.
Mcgrath-great with the ball.
Hauritz-going to be a star.


what were your thoughts on certain players.
Hogg-is he doing ok
Harvey-is he a solid performer now

With the series decided after the first 4 games, it was a perfect opportunity for Australia to try a few different things and although they would be disappointed to have lost the last 3 games, there were some positives to come out of the series.

Michael Clarke has the potential to be a high quality batsman for Australia for many years and got the opportunity to play in the West Indies and did very well.

Brad Hogg is doing ok, nothing special but he has a role in the team and I have no problems with that. (he isn't Shane Warne, people shouldn't be comparing him to the great Victorian leg-spinner)

Ian Harvey is a very experienced one-day cricketer over in England and is a solid performer for Australia, although his batting still needs to be worked on.
