View Full Version : If you could take one player...
There is a thread on the WCE board where they are coveting their neighbours and others KPP's.
I you could that one player from another team who would it be?
Personally I can't think of anyone I would want in purple except maybe for Simon Black (good freo boy).
It is a hard enough job fitting them all in now. :)
I'd like Kerr. One of the few toasters that I respect. In and under player to give further depth to our midfield. I've also heard a few interesting rumours about him. ;)

Yep, Simon Black for sure.
Others I would like are Mark Coughlan and Joel Corey.

I couldnt look past Michael Voss.

Yeah apparently Kerr is a right tosser. All gone to his head I think.

I think we need another tough, quick, skilful, in-and-under midfielder to help us in the clearances and around the ground. My first preference would therefore be someone like Black, Coughlan, Hayes or even Kerr. All are around the same age as the majority of our players as well.

O I have one Kerr story though that cracked me up
At a certain club their was a exchange of words between two equally drunk group of guys, somthing that really ultimately was all talk and nothing would have flared up.
But guess who comes to the rescue for humanity, along comes good ol Kerrie gets between them and goes.
"Hey guys no need to fight lets just chill ay and have a good night." (Said other things but frankly I was too boozed to listen anymore, all of this was under the assumption we actually cared who he was)
Straight away both opposing sides turn and start abusing Mr hero who head hung low mopes away from the scene.
Pure gold I tell you

Nah, Kerr and Cousins are ********s from what I've heard. Most the other Eagle blokes are alright.

I'd take Judd or Riewolt. Two future stars with out a doubt.
Be tough to go past Riewolt, can play forward, back, ruck, and got plenty of years to come.

Bit of a worry if he had to play under a sunny sky.
(Although he's from the Gold Coast!!!).
I'd love Simon Black.
If we got Kerr together with Croad, we'd have some big ego war's.

I would take Kerrie, dont care what kind of ego this kid has, he is a true freo boy. Anyone else heard the rumour that Kerr Senior looks likely to be coach of South next year

Good to hear there is no interest (again) by the Dockers in Andrew McLeod. ;)

I am very , very in the know at South Freo . I will ask questions on Saturday. Be back on Sunday with answers. Dodger Kerr is coaching the colts at the moment but with the team he has at the mometn things really have to be put into perspective. Fatcat could come in and point the finger and SthnFreo colts will be getting the results , such is the talent on that squad.

He's had his day in the sun , He may have got his few kicks during his career just your average player now , I'd let his career petter out in SANFL...........He may get the odd kick there ;)
