Is India at a disadvantage... because they are missing their 2 best bowlers in Srinath and Kumble? Similar to Australia was without McGrath and Fleming in the last tour to India.

yeah, obviously they are, but Australia have been so far infront in this test, they wouldn't make up much of the deficit.

Even though they've got a bunch of pie chuckers for an attack, they have had us 5/90 odd and 7/265 in this test so they must be doing something right. They really drop their heads very quickly though if things don't go according to plan. The batting is very similar to the West Indies in it's reliance on one batsman and would be a bigger concern to the Indians.

Does anyone else think there is something about Haravrygdshishkabab Singh's action that look's a little bit like Murili? Arm a little bent maybe.

definetaly, Harbajahan Singhs action is a lot worse the Murali's.

The Dutchman!

yeah on both fronts...

1. His action has been, lets say scrutinised.
2. They are missing their main attack bowlers.

But we at least one won of the tests last time round with no McG and Warne knackered in the shoulder - can they at least to that?

I dont think either of them would make much difference, the aussies are just way too strong.
