Just wonderin what your thoughts are on the drums being in center of our players sing our club song after games?

I personally find it annoying as alot of the time it drains out the boys singing with gusto.

GET EM OUT I SAY!!!!

Not as annoying as that bloke with the bell, but I see your point.

I guess the players don't mind, otherwise it wouldn't be happening. It doesn't matter how annoying others find it, as long as the players are cool with it.

Yeah, I think it is a stupid idea as well.

I am going against the grain here & say I reckon its great. It adds spirit & culture to our club . & beleive it or not guys , It may even be a part of our growing tradition. To make even better , The guys should sing the song right at the top of the players race when we win so the crowd can get involved !!!

Singing the club song after a win is supposed to gel the players together in unity. Frankly, I don't think having kids banging on a drum in the middle of the circle helps unite them. But, if they have no problem with it, it doesn't really matter.

Singing the song in a huddle on the ground after a win to get the crowd involved is an interesting idea.

I think they've been doing it for every game we've won since round 4.

the people that go in the rooms after and do the drums aint kids, well at least not all of them, every time that people have gone in it has been an elderly lady and a 16 year old guy i think i could be wrong and then they have a spot open for someone else each week, it just depends on who does the drums during the game, last game i think it was a lady that went in aswell.

Yeah, I think they get a new person each week. Nevertheless, I still don't think having people in the middle of the circle would unite the team when they sing the song.

originally they didnt stand in the middle they just stood at the back but somehow they have worked their way into the middle but obviously the club doesnt have a problem with it coz the organisers keep coming back each game to get them
