India batted first and made 6/265 off their 50 overs. VVS Laxman got 101 and apart from Ganguly (76) Australia did quite well, they got Tendulkar out in the 3rd over.

In reply Australia is 0/6...

Hope Hayden gets another good score...he must be pretty close to man of the series I reckon.

Hayden got 36, Ponting got 4.
Gilchrist is the shining light so far - he's on 74* and Australia is 2/128 after 20 overs.

3/184 in the 32nd over.
Gilchrist was out for 76 b Tendulkar (100th wicket)

Steve Waugh and Michael Bevan are going along nicely, plenty of overs remaining. Only a collapse would see us lose!

4/194 now at the 36th over stage - Steve Waugh bites the dust. Tendulkar took his 99th for Gilchrist and 100th for Steve Waugh (glad thats cleared up!) 'Boof' Lehman is in now - will he score the winning runs for us, a la World Cup in 99?

1 over later Lehman is gone! Symonds is now out to the crease! Australia 5/197

No probs CJ! You were right! Australia did win with Bevan scoring a 4 to win the game and series for us. No bad considering we were 2-1 down and looking out of place. Hopefully we can take this victory with us to England and stick it up the Poms!

HAYDEN won man of the series http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif.Tony Grieg mustn't of had anything to do with the voting.

Hayden scored more runs in the series than Tendulkar despite playing one less game.
