Adelaide also has released its wish list for next year's AFL program with Sunday firming as the Crows' preferred day to play in order to satisfy their large country supporter base.

Other requests Adelaide has submitted include:

A CONSISTENT start time of 2.50pm for six or seven home games on Sundays.

NO MORE than one home match to be scheduled on a Saturday afternoon.

TO PLAY three minor round games at the MCG.

A MINIMUM seven-day break after matches in Perth and Brisbane.

ONLY one trip to Perth instead of two.

AT LEAST three Friday night matches.

IT'S "away" match against Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium is retained in round 22 to avoid the possibility of travelling before the first week of the finals series.

Most of those requests come as little surprise. Three matches at the MCG does sound rather optimistic however.

Asking for one match in Perth is an interesting one, I suppose we deserve it after playing twice there this year and last. (and maybe the previous year? Too far back to remember.) Hopefully that's against Freo, we have a much better record against them than West Coast over there. If we got that request approved though, I reckon it would probably mean playing in Sydney and Brisbane once again, which (for Sydney at least) is fine by me. :D

Using the "ask for three, maybe we'll get two" philosophy I guess.
