I've just seen this for the first time tonight. If you're going to rip off an overseas programme, choose a good show and not a craparse show the Kumars at number 42.

"Hello how are you, very good thanks"

Watched the episode with Joanna Griggs but had to turn it off. I was struggling to laugh - especially with that butt ugly bloke who keeps appearing on those Noodle ads.

What was the interview with Jerry Springer like? I was suprised Rove didn't nab him.

Am I the only one that reckons Greeks on the Roof is hilarious? I've only seen it a couple of times, once with Sophie Monk and the other with Annalise.

Could it have something to do with it's guests rather than the actual show?! :D

Could do, now that I think of it :)

But nah, I still think it's funny. That bloke sitting on the couch is hilarious.

Possibly. Let's face it, the show is a brazen attempt at copying another show with an original idea, and executed poorly.

Dumbed-down and modified for the 20-30 yr olds, by the looks of it.Originally posted by Kenny_01

Channel 7 cancelled one talk show quickly earlier this year and they should for the benefit of all Australians cancel this crap show now.

The Kumars at No 42 is HILARIOUS!

Greeks on the Roof is just a blatant attempt at copying their original format. But it just doesnt work and it isnt funny. The noodle advert guy is sometimes funny but thats it. The entire cast of The Kumars is hilarious.

The old grandmother is disgusting and hilarious, the host is witty, and the father is at his best when he tells a story that goes absolutely nowhere!! Funny stuff.

Greek on the Roof though....****e.

That was only via satellite - would expect Rove to try and get high profile TV/Movie people onto his show live when they come to Australia.

I was flicking stations last night and they showed that Mary Coustas (Effie) with Ada N_______ from Home and Away. Mary/Effie wasn't in 'character' and actually sounded quite nice.

I'd be thinking how did i get into this messed up show, but he was clearly covering it up by flirting with effie.

.....uummm it was actually set up by the people who made and featured in the Kumars .....what yo would call a franchise ......and for the person who hadnt heard of the Kumars ... just because a show isnt on 7,9 or 10 doesnt mean it wasnt on telly ...there is more to life than Ray Martin and Mike Munro ......And the " Guy off the noodle Ad ' is Angus Sampson also off 3RRR breakfasters everymorning....as were a Mr Dave O'Neill , Kate Langbroek and Dave Hughes so I am sure you will grow to love him once he's on brain dead commercial radio....or appears in the Herald Scum "Hit" magazine right alongside the newest boy band they deem to be " talented "...........................I feel better now ...............................supporting Richmond results in a lot of pent up tension .........................." I have exorcised the demons!!"

Effie has been locked out of the roof. Seven have axed the show.

Maybe the wogs in the entertainment industry may finally learn that we are all sick and tired of the quirky lifestyle they lead.

It is a pretty bad show. It is just as funny as the comedy show on channel ten called Bette.

I for one don't find farting in a lift funny.

Nowaymate! Us wogs are here to stay OK!

Agree with the wog humour being done though. Actually I rephrase that. Wog humour can still be funny, but not in that shallow stereotypical way that it is ALWAYS done!

Talk about flogging a dead horse!

It was such a tragic and transparent concept from day one. How does Channel 7 sleep at night?

did anyone else catch the 'rap song' to end the series??...just when you thought it was all over, they hit you with one more cringeworthy moment. could the show have possibly gone out on a worse note?
