Both reportedly done their hamstrings. Anyone have any information on the injuries?

CMC is saying it's a Corky for Hille, so i'm slightly hopeful

but i'd assume it's soft tissue injuries for the both of them.

Hille's injury occured when he hit the ground in a marking contest just before 1/2 time...He seemed to land on his back/butt.
Came up holding the top of the hammy/bottom of the butt cheek. didnt seem to have done it while running for the ball.
If it was a corky it must have been a bad corky as he came out after 1/2 time in the trackie dacks.
no idea what happend to Gus or when it happened.

Looking at hille's incident in slow motion looked like he tweaked his knee.

Commentators were convinced it was a hammy strain and were saying 3-4 weeks.

No clue with Monfries

Confident it wasn't a knee, definitely grabbed the hamstring/bum area.

Looked like it could have been a corkie in the contest, but I would suspect they'd have tried to get back out there if that was the case- so I would assume Hammy until told otherwise.

It was immediately before half time, so they'd have had 20 minutes with him.

I'm not holding out much hope though :(

Both will miss next two weeks according to AFL website. Still need scans...

Monfries injury is a 3-4 week hammy. They are scanning Hille's hamstring today.

Williams ain't replacing anyone until he does something for Bendigo at least.

Atkinson did nothing at Bendigo, but is still contributing in the seniors.

Fair enough, it doesn't need to be said but his form will certainly be a factor. Depends on our needs rather than our procedures sometimes i guess.

Yeah, no question there's more to it than looking at names on paper. If what I'm hearing is correct, and I won't post it in case it's not, Williams would be well advised to make the most of Hille and Monfries missing two games simultaneously.
