Will we make the finals?

Well, not at this rate, but hopefully we'll get better.

A look at our last ten games:

vs Geelong - should win - we are the better side
vs St Kilda - should win, although the Saints are playing well
vs Adeladie at AAMI - will probably lose, but nevermind
vs Brisbane - will struggle to win, but it's our home game
vs Melbourne - we'd better win
vs Carlton - surely we can't lose again
vs Bulldogs - will win easy
vs Richmond - i don't see why we can't win this time
vs Freo - in Melbourne so we should win
vs Collywobbles - we won last time, we'll do it again

To make the finals we'll need to win at least six of our last ten. There are at least six games left which we will go in as favourites so it looks promising.

In the end it will come down to how much we want to win, and that will definately need to improve if we are going to be a force.

I keep waiting for us to get better, and they keep letting me down. We have talent to burn, but every week we give away half a dozen cheap goals from silly mistakes and it keeps costing us games. I don't think we have the consistency to win 6 of the next 10 - We'll get pumped by Adelaide and Brisbane which means we really need to win 6 out of 8........unless we start stringing good games back to back, we will not make it.

I said pre-season 6-8. Looking at it now you would say no and if they did why bother ? But while they have the best fullback and best fullforward currently playing the game there is always hope.

I'm still hoping - if we win what we should and pick up 1 vs either adelaide, brissy or the pies then i'll be extremely happy. But that's a bit too optimistic...

I would like to say yes but we lost to Carlscum, Richmond and the Kangaroos- those are games we should and have to win to make the finals.

If we won on Friday, I would be confident but now I am not too sure.
