Staying positive and looking ahead, I think we can possibly win 10 games for the year, more likely 9. Either way not much to get excited about.
So what to do? Danny may want to squeeze every last drop out of what is now clearly a pretty ordinary squad, just to shore up his position.
Alternatively start playing whatever youngsters there are available.
Perhaps even do the Capuano thing and sack tomorrow those you know you don't want - Glenelg could do with some AFL also-rans right now. Can you promote from the rookie list if you do this?

I think the saints had room on their senior list to promote regardless of the sacking of Capuano.

Yes, they had room on their list and also more importantly, room on their salary cap. A luxury we cannot afford.
