Can someone fill me in on Scratcher Neal?
I know the name, but that's about it (obviously too young).
How many games did he play?

Scratcher was a running half back flanker. Pacy bloke who was an integral part of the team from the mid 70's to the mid 80's and played 200 matches.
Very talented footballer and was always a favourite, despite having a face that makes Buddha seem quite pretty.
Also made the Big V team on a number of occasions. Spent his last year or two at St Kilda where the only thing he did was to bleach his hair, so very not a good look.
I've heard his son is pretty good and would be a potential father-son pick-up. Just as ugly though.

He was a quick wingman who played 200 games with Geelong and 20 at StKilda.
He played at Geelong between 1974-86 and at StKilda between 87-88.
He went on to coach a local side [possibly Colac] and last I heard [last year] was doing special comments on 3CS,who cover local footy in Geelong.He's been on that radio station for a few years.
