Just curious what you Dockers fans think of the appointment of Dr.Ric to your coaching staff as everyone will bring up his lack of an AFL background.

Personally i think its a good decision. Given his background and obvious intelligence i cant see why it shouldnt have some sort of positive effect. If you want to be a sucess surround yourself with successful people.

Anyway good luck and i hope he does well for you.

It was funny seeing Charlesworth kicking a footy during a clip on TV last night, but in all seriousness I think the appointment will be benefitial for Fremantle. Just say Fremantle or Hawthorn win the flag, does the Director of Coaching get the hold the premiership cup aloft with the coach and captain also?
