Yes, he is Mark's little brother.
He plays across half back. Has a bit of talent, but has struggled this season. Still, has played 10 games.
May well be back this weekend to play against his former club.
Yes he is Mark's younger brother.
Pretty much busted his ankle in round 1 on debut last year, and was out the whole season.
Played 10 games this year, and has looked promising at times, but yet to really find his feet and cement his place in the 22.
Like all small running types for many years at Geelong, places in the team are hotly contested, and good form is required to retain your spot.
Needs to be left on the ground and in the same position to gain confidence and experience.
Will be good for the GFC in time I think.

Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated!
His best game has probably been against WCE.He started at halfback, struggled early, then got moved into the centre in the 2nd half, where he kicked 3 goals. He also did a good job tagging Ackermanis a few weeks earlier.
hawks-chick, where did you meet him?

Maybe that could be something Mark Thompson and the rest of the coaching staff could work on, playing David Johnson in the centre more often.

Thereby pushing James Bartel further down the pecking order.

I see your point mate, but one must pose the question... here's a guy who successfully tagged Akermanis one week and kicked 3 goals in a half the next when playing in the middle, so why isn't he given more of a chance there when we desperately lack goal kicking midfielders??
