I was wondering if anyone know's when this series is surpose to start? Or if it has started over the mainland, when is it surpose to start down here in Tassie? And how about Without A Trace, when is that surpose to start? Just curious because they look interesting, and the ad that keeps saying "Coming soon" is annoying.

I know...it's ****es me off. They were advertising 'coming Soon' during the cricket in January. Why don't they just say 'in the 2nd half of the year'? Bloody Channel 9.
A few shows [i.e 24/The Guardian] are finishing in 2 or 3 weeks,so I wonder is C.S.I is finishing in the next few weeks and C.S.I Miami will replace it.

Well E.R is finishing in 3 weeks, so maybe one of the "new" shows will debut around that time. I would think that it would be "Without A Trace" they'll probably put CSI: Miami on once the series of CSI ends.

For the past 5 weeks bloody pathetic Ch 9 has been repeating episodes of CSI. TV progamming is just bull****! If you want us Aussies to watch more Aussie drama (if that is waht they are doing by repeating US shows), then make some decent dramas! Otherwise show new episodes of the 'No 1 Drama in the US'
Same for West Wing - stop taking it off!

Wish they'd bloody hurry up. I love CSI, I can't wait!
I believe it will be starting in the next month. *crosses fingers*
About the repeating thing, they're doing it with Friends, too. Not sure what else it happens with, I don't watch much TV these days, but Friends in the last month has gone new, repeat, new, repeat....

I agree on 'Third Watch'. Love the show. That Carlos dude is a riot:D
Never liked 'The District' though. I especially hated the chief's assistant, not sure of her name...the black woman. She would have to be the ugliest woman on TV.

She's dead [in real life].

Yeah, I guess that is when CSI, and Stingers ends for the year, and they will have both Without a Trace and CSI on the same night, seeing as they had them both in the same ad.
Stingers will go until the end of the year.Theres about 40 episodes in this series.Without A Trace may replace E.R in two weeks,or pop up on Wednesday nights at 8.30/9.30pm.

I'm a big fan of CSI (hey - I've been to Vegas ten times in the past three years!), but I just didn't get into CSI Miami. There were a few problems with the cast in the first few episodes last year. I don't want to say too much and spoil things for you. It had to do with David Caruso's alleged jealousy of the popularity of one of his co-stars. The show began here last September or October - can't remember which. It rated well during the season and I believe it ended up being the top rating new drama this past season.
In contrast, I really enjoyed Without A Trace. It was a never miss program for me. It was set up to be a winner - directly after CSI which followed both of the Survivor series. I knew Tony LaPaglia was Australian, but didn't realise that Poppy Montgomery was also, though there seemed something vaguely familiar about her. I just looked up her bio and there is no mention of her acting in Australia from what I've seen. Looks like she arrived here in the states at 18, so I presume she began her acting career here. I like the organised manner in which WAT is put together. Like CSI, the personal lives of the characters become intertwined in the story lines at times. There is a fantastic episode which is connected to an earlier episode and deals with the kidnapping of a small boy from a camping ground. It's a must see. Hope you enjoy the series.
BTW the ending to the CSI season is quite good.
