Team of the Century

I was just browsing through AFL 2003 and noticed that it has an Essendon team of the Century named. Just out of curiousity when was this named? I don't seem to recall us doing something like that, or did I just miss it being announced when it was? Or was it something that was done for the specific purpose of that book?

The team was:
