Big match for us, hoping for a good game as we have had the wood on the saints for the last couple of matches.

Jones out is a huge loss, watson needs to have a massive night or Stanton..no tag to deal with it appears.

I actually feel confident about this one.

Great to see Jones out as i was resigned to watson being held very closely . But in saying that we need all our players to lift esp the likes of Mcveigh , stanton and prismall.
Go the mighty Dons !!!

Joel.

i really think we can win this one tough game for them last week and im not all that convinced that they are going that well, us on the other hand seem to go through 4-6 week periods were we are good or ugly i think the ugly is behind and we can finish off the season well by gabbing this one 13 points welcome back david hille

Was worried about this game but with Jones out and no Baker, I'm pencilling in a win.

sup guys. Spoilers will be said in here so Victorians might want to stay away from here on in.

Ryder goal in the forward line. Fair to say Hille back makes us a 3-4 goal better team? Lonergan in the midfield by the looks of GameDay live

How we managed to make the finals last season without Hille still has me bewildered tbh.

I don't understand how Houli can't get a regular gig? My source tells me his heading off to GWS..

Well 'least it wasn't a hammy or a back problem

Damn, this might ruin his chance at Styne's record.

Good to see Houli showing them he should have been in the 22 from round 1. Giving the pies and the suns a good show for their recruitment departments.

It is happening.

Nightmare one week, fairytale the next (edit, oh yeah, and a good win vs North in between). What an excruciating experience.

Re-sign Houli now.

Hopefully we can get this margin up to 70-80 rather than having them get it down to 20-30...

30 Jul 2010, 22:38
Well done fellas, definitely got the wood over us.

You guys seem to take calculated risks against us, and I think a lot of the credit has to go to your under-pressure coach.

30 Jul 2010, 22:42
Some massive positives tonight I think

Fletcher - What a player, 34.. Could play another 3 years :thumbsu:

Hurley - Is he a better backman, really impressive tonight

Prismall - Had the ball talking IMO, made really good decisions, was one of his best games in Red and Black

Houli - Everyone has already said it.. Must be a priority re-signing

Hille - Just so important to us

Hardingham - Reminds me of Russell Robertson.. Very impressive.. :thumbsu:

Gumby/Neagle - Both led up and presented beautifully, the work ethic was really impressive...

Riemers is a cringe to watch. One minute excting then next minute he does the inexplicable- just saw that play on and miss in the goalsquare on the telecast. That is a brain fart of Brian Lake proportions.
