View Full Version : Membership
Guys, guys, guys I am in a panic. The memberships renewals for 2001 were posted out this week. Everyone I have spoken to have received theirs but I haven't! Has everyone in here received theirs? Where's mine? I've been excommunicated!
I tried ringing the membership line at the club, but no one was answering.
Seriously, have you all received yours?

You haven't received yours? Then maybe the Blues aren't the best in the business after all! http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/wink.gif

p.s. You're always welcome to take out a North Melbourne membership if you want. http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif

A basic membership costs about $40...not too sure what it gets you though. The normal membership that allows you to actually get into games http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif is about $80, and then there are several membership levels that go above that which give you access to other benefits (player cocktail parties, finals and Grand Final tickets etc.).
Since Carlton already own 20% of us, I think all you Blues fans should officially adopt us as your second team and buy a North Melbourne membership http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif
Sorry Shinners, I panicked too soon. My membership renewal was in my letter box when I got home Friday night.
The membership at North sounds cheap. What would you get for $80.00? I am too embarrased to tell you what I pay for Carlton social gold membership.
BTW isn't it 25% that we own of North?

For $80, you get entry into all North home games and discounted entry into our away matches....it wouldn't be that much different from the basic Carlton membership.
I've just paid for my AFL (restricted) membership and next year, I'll sign onto the Pagan's Patrons, which I think is about $200 or so.
If you're really interested in taking out a North membership, they'd have details on the website at www.roos.com.au (http://www.roos.com.au) or www.kangaroosfc.com.au (http://www.kangaroosfc.com.au)
Cheers

p.s. Are you sure it was 25%? I always thought it was 20%.
Believe me there is not anything available at CFC for $80.00. I think the cheapest one is $125 and that basically only gets you free entry to matches at OO. Social gold membership is $434.00.
Perhaps North should up their fees. It may help with any financial troubles http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/wink.gif
