It very much looks like a German/Swedish/Danish/Norweigan combination of language there.
A good choice for moderator is ODN..being a public servant he was the only choice with so much spare time on his hands.......

The Carlton board didn't have many posts during the time it was unmoderated. Most of my posts were on the main board. I lobbied for the board at the time and then lobbied to become moderator as there was not many of us around.

Isn't having no life a pre requisite for being a good mod?
I mean you have to have the time (and inclination) to read copious amounts of rubbish and monitor for pests that are not bound by consequences all for the princely sum of diddly squat.. who would be one if they had a girlfriend, a car or a job?
Maybe some are fast readers and use BF as a wind down outlet when at home?
I have a fiancee, a child, a car, an extremely responsible job ... I must be an exception to the rule .. or maybe most of us are exceptions.
