Pies Over 100 (win by) @ 19.00

Anzac Day i backed collingwood to win by 60+ was 10/1 IIRC.
Betting on footy and supporting your team are 2 completely different things. Unless you're into philanthropy.

It was only a week ago that Essendon were favourites against Carlton and showed no ticker. I would be dumbfounded if they repeated that effort 2 weeks in row.

I think a win by over 100 points is dreaming a bit. Travis Cloke normally plays well against the Bombers, I think him at $9 for top goal scorer is excellent value (of course if he kicks straight). The only bet I would take is Pies Over 37+ at half time @ $3.75 but that's doubtful considering how dominant we were in the first half on Anzac day, I just cant see Essendon allowing that again.

What has happened since that statement is totally irrelevent. Your words were "I will be betting on Brisbane but Essendon will win". Ok, unless Brisbane were mssive overs, which they were not, it is just another example of how clueless you are on the punt.

Sorry but i'm with carmi99 on this one. Brisbane are not a team you want tp be putting your house on, even with a fit and firing J.Brown playing his 200th. Brisbane probably should win but it is a real gamble putting any sort of big money on them.This was carmi's point. Better of looking elsewhere.
No big money has come fro Brisbane since Brown being declared fit and all the controversy at Windy Hill. In fact, Brisbane are still sitting at around 2.30. This indicates exactly what carmi99 eluded to which is that the smart punters will be staying away from this game.
And fwiw I generally take notice of him when it comes to punting ever since I watched him clean up on the BigFooty betting competition last year. He was generally spot on.
