Time to get some positivity back on the board...

Well done to Leroy how he has battled through this year, only the 10 games but has shown that at just 22 years he can have a big career for the Bombers, hopefully he can step up next year and provide run and dash through the middle and keep up his great defensive work.

Top work Leroy!

i can't believe i just read that.

Of course i'd like him to become a superstar, but i have real doubts that he'll even be on our list after 2011.....

Hopefully the coaching staff (or future coaching staff) realise he's a midfielder now. Gun.

Hopefully next year he can play more football in the middle and hopefully he can keep up his intensity all year unlike the last couple of years where he's gone missing at times.

Is a natural midfielder rather than forward.

His second half against Brisbane when he moved into the midfield was awesome at times.

Can he do this for more than a half ?

He dominated the carnival when he played in the midfield.

He was excellent at Bendigo the week before when he was in the midfield, played well on the weekend when in the midfield. Are people following? Heath hocking plays his best footy in the midfield too. So play them there

Jetta has played two decent games all year. Disposal is dodgey the best of times. I wouldn't be too unhappy if he we traded him.

His defensive work is quite good - credit there.

Sorry guys, losing faith in him.

He was impressing me greatly for a month or so with very good football. Since then, the work ethic appears to have dropped off. Less tackles, less pressure, less disposals, less heart, less interest.

I say trade him if the deal is there. He will only lose value in the next year or two if he continues the way he has been in past seasons. What could we get for him?? Late 2nd/3rd?

It shows how much ofa rabble we have really become when people are starting threats praising underwhelming 22 year olds because they played a couple of half decent games over the space of the entire season.

Those couple of Ok games that he played may have given him a little bit of trade value. This is the positive to come out of his season.

Is a natural midfielder rather than forward.

I would like to see him given a chance playing in the back pocket much like towards the second half of last year when he was playing with Bendigo. With the game in front of him he might have the chance to actually run with the ball. The Bulldogs have done with Jarrod Harbrow with great success and it might give Leroy a chance to show off his what was famous side step that was talked about at the time he was drafted that has rarely been seen at his time at Essendon.

Through the midfield and its actually a fair statement. We have a lot of specialist pockets and flanks compared to other teams.
