Anyone seen any of this yet, I hear whispers that it's supposed to be quite good.
Tim from The Office plays Dr Watson.
I've seen season 1 - there are 3 episodes in that - hanging out for season 2. I'd have it as my favourite Sherlock Holmes (movie or tv version) so far.
I'm surprised the ABC hasn't shown it yet, it certainly beats everything else they are showing from the BBC at present.

It is very good. Unfortunately I think Ch Nine has the rights in Oz :(
season 1 is fantastic. 3 episodes each 1 & 1/2 hours
9 has the rights for oz so I suggest you download unless you want to watch the series split up over 12 weeks

awesome beyond belief. way better than any other sherlock holmes take ive seen, brilliant modernisation of a classic

Agree. Quite superb.
Sheer brilliance. Even little things - Watson having been injured in Afghanistan, same as the original. Holmes preferring texting to the telephone.
After Jekyll and this, Moffat is really proving himself adept at reimagining the classics.
