Do u think he will go?
I think yes because of the money and he will probably wanna win a Brownlow and he can't with Pendles taking his votes.
I'd like to see him come up, though I have concerns about how his game style will work outside of Collingwood's revolving door interchange.
Reading the article I had to laugh at their rigged poll.
Will Dane Swan join Greater Western Sydney?
Yes 0% (3 votes)
No 100% (4 votes)
Total votes: 7
Apparently four out of seven votes is a 100% "No" vote.

I don't know.. the kid has seriously just had ONE good season. I think it's a bit of a risk for that kinda money. See how he goes next year..

26 year old kid? ;)
One good season? He's poised to win his third b&f in a row in a very successful team.. he's been great since 2007.

Agreed. He picked up 20 Brownlow votes in '07, not exactly a disappointing result.

Hard to justify $1M but do need a marquee player and GA has set the benchmark with Suns. He is probably as good as anyone else
Swan is great because of his running/receiving skill. I would be spending big on an extractor. If no one wins it out of the middle he won't be that effective.
Swan would be a great get for them but I think they will try and get a different style of player.

He can win his own ball you know? Not exactly an outsider runner

Swan is a gun, and putting someone of his class in a GWS jumper would give the midfield a massive boost. Hopefully GWS can get him - if that's the going rate, it's money well spent.
