Another warmup for the visitors, and another chance for Brett Lee to impress the selectors ahead of the selection of the Australian side this week, which could come before or after Wednesday's Twenty20 game between these two sides. That's if the Sydney weather, which looks only marginally better than Margao, cooperates.

If they do get to toss the coin, it'll be Steve O'Keefe doing it, with Simon Katich and Stuart Clark resting along with Phil Jaques, Trent Copeland and apparently Brad Haddin doesn't need any more gametime. A strong batting lineup could see Brett Lee play as a number 11 in another 12-a-side contest. Despite being 10 days out from the 1st ODI, Sangakkara says they're keen to play their full strength side in their last 50 over warmup game, so expect him to line up, and Dilshan, Jayawardene, Murali and Malinga to replace the lesser players from Friday night - possibly Chandimal, Kapugedera, Mendis and Perera.
