THis thread embraces all areas of electonica: dance, techno, breakbeats, speed garage etc, etc.

I know this one's an obvious choice, but for me it's: Underworld's Born Slippy.

I just love it.

My favourite Australian electronic track is:
Itchee and Scratchee 's Sweetness and Light.

Over to you guys.

Right now the best electro-inspired song is Strict Machine-Goldfrapp

I don't know if you consider these as electronic tracks, but these are my favourites from from the late 70's early 80's.

Cars - Gary Numan
We are Glass - Gary Numan
Fade to Grey - Visage

As a fan of the movie Dogs in Space:

"Skysaw" by Brian Eno.

(alright, maybe it's got a few non-electronic instruments in it)

Dr Mabuse by Propaganda - an 80's track, I have the 12inch vinyl version and it still kicks arse. It is the opening track to one of the 80's teen movies as well, Some Kind of Wonderful I think. The one with the tom boy girl that drums and the best friend that she is in love with who is in love with Miss Amanda Jones!!

Oh gosh that takes me back!!

Alot of excelent stuff so far.

One of my fav tunes of late was "Madder" by Groove Armada.

"Angel", "Teardrop" and "Dissolved Girl" off Massive Attack's Mezzanine album are master pieces of production.

"It's no good" of Depeche Mode's Ultra album is also an all time fav.
