Thanks and good luck to you, too, especially on the injury front.
I'll actually be there tomorrow as I'm back in Oz briefly for work which happens to be in Melbourne this week. Let's hope the conditions (and Swans performance) are better than last week's swamp at the SCG.

well injury wise we are pretty screwed with Farmer and Brown both out for 2-3 weeks both from a torn hammy! http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/frown.gif
Great game though... he oh how good was Russell Robertson! http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/smile.gif he is my fave player but i understand if you hate him after he kept the dees alive! http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
great effort thought!

yes congradulations to Melbourne - a great effort by your boys yesterday.
Neitz got the jump on Dunkley early and that set up your win really.
Then late in the game Russell Robertson stood up (or should I say leaped up ?) when it counted.
For tye Swannies - we can't take much from the game except a couple more injuries http://www.bigfooty.com/ubb/frown.gif and again some pretty deplorabe mental lapses that really cost us.
We looked to running right over the top of you late in the first, but, as usual, our concentration was broken by the quarter-time huddle and we slept-walked through the second quarter.
And again in the last we showed terrific run and endeavour to take the lead, but, again, because we are so feeble-minded we forgot that there were ten minutes left to play !
On balance I though Melbourne desrved the win, they slighly shaded us in skill, and the midfield was just a bit better at clearing away the ball than we were. Most importantly their forward line worked much better than ours.
Positives for us ? - Not many, Jason Ball and Adam Goodes are respectively our 4th and 5th choice ruckmen, I thought they did a terrific job on White, Jarod Crouch had a huge game on the ball, Benny Matthews put in a good effort and Jason Ball, although he struggled to take a mark in the forwards, his second efforts and back-up ruck work around the ground were outstanding.
