Massively underated film IMO. Amazingly atmospheric, eerie piece of filmaking.

Agreed.
It's pretty much an Alien rip off but it has some pretty creepy moments.

The 1982 Horror film called Xtro scared the crap out of me as a kid and is worth a mention as well.
