Any substance to Richmond severing its links with Coburg next year and having it's own stand-alone side with all it's home matches being played at Puntroad. ?
This would include having some of it's saturday matches under lights at PR...

Interesting idea considering most of the other clubs have gone away from stand alone sides.
Must admit the games at Punt Road sound like a good idea.

Carlton cut ties with the Northern Bullants today, according to the Age.
The combined VFL competition doesn't work under this arrangement. They must come up a new system within a few years. This is ridiculous.

I wonder who would break the tie first. I understand Coburg is not too happy at having to make up their numbers because of Richmond having a short list when injuries hit.

If Richmond didn't go with Coburg then Coburg would not be here
If they don't like the arangement then i can't see them going on for much longer....
I have heard rumours about Richmond going alone but don't know if it's going to get off the ground >>>$$$$$$ wise...
Probably cheaper to still go with Coburg then....
But there is problems with the song & jumper....
