Hello all,

Just a quick reminder that the Fitzroy Football Club Annual General Meeting is being held on the Monday 26th of March at the Fitzroy Bowling Club. I will probably be at the Lord Newry Hotel by 6.00 if anyone is interested in gathering for a quick pot before the meeting. Don't forget Labour Day's Roystock at Brunswick Street as well, should be a blast!

On a serious note, I think it is important that Fitzroy people under 35 attend the AGM this year and in the future. Like most boards, everyone on the Fitzroy board is 45+. If the FFC is to remain in the public's conscience and survive (even at the level we are at now), it is people in this age group that need to maintain the rage and consider running for the Fitzroy board. Mobbenf*hrer is a prime example of a younger person who would be perfect to serve on the Fitzroy board. Not only does he live and breathe Fitzroy, he is knowledgable, hard working and easy to get along with. I'm not pushing Mobbenf*hrer to run for the board this year, but it is something for the future. Perhaps the SweetFA is a forerunner in football administration before the Seppo-loving blood nut decides he wants to be called "Mini-Dyson".
Phil Doyle would make a great Press Officer in the Mobbenf*hrer's regime!!

I'm interested to hear what everyone thinks about getting some youth on the FFC board.

Cheers,
FitzroyRamone

I'm considering coming to this. Depends what else is happening (work, uni, etc.). Hopefully there'll be a good turnout, nonetheless.
