Hart is in doubt again but Edwards should play even though he didn't train with the main group

This was because the main group had full match practice with motuh guards today.

More interestingly, Port are rumoured to be resting Cornes and Tredrea

Cornes has an ankle problem but Warren is fit.

That would be an insult to our club, and we should crush them if they show us so little respect.

They should be very careful about flirting with their from.

Didn't we rest 8 or 9 last time we played you ;)

Seriously, Choco was on radio tonight and said they'd all play. Tredrea and Bishop and S Burgoyne didn't train however.

Jars458, I think that all of the Port's mob that you mentioned will play.

Finally its good to hear that we wne t back to our own style of game. None of this chipping crap that confuses the hell out of players and supposters.

Our original game plan if fine but we just need to fine tune it for sides like Collingwood, Port and Brisbane who tend to play 5 man across half back when they come up against us.

I also doubt that Edwards and Hart will play. If Hart has done a proper quad, then its usually 3-4 week injury. Edwards might play but I reckon he is very doubtful.

I agree Stiffy that it is unlikey Hart will play. He would have been a good matchup for S Burgoyne. I would then give this job to Goody, considering he can't handle the ball well enough to play midfield. Hope Edwards plays, as we miss him more than Benny. Would consider playing him in the midfield rotation.

I reckon Tredders will play as there is no reason to rest him prior to finals. Port will only rest players who are not 100% & who would benefit from the week off to get over an injury - ie. perhaps C Cornes & Bishop.

If he doesn't get Tredrea, I would play Smart on S. Burgoyne. Torney has to get Pickett and I would play Goodwin on Dew. If Edwards plays then he should go on P. Burgoyne.

I am not convinced that McGregor is capable to shut down Tredrea but I would give him a 1st crack anyway. If Stevo was fit enough then he would be my pick for Tredrea. Bassett has to get Chad.

Is there any fact behind this or did Aiston pull something out of his arse again?

It was Rob Popplestone Macca, Norwood an Eagles legend.

They showed vision of Tredders and Cornes sitting down and not training. I would be surprised if they didn't play though, esp Warran who loves giving us a hiding.

All this talk that Port have nothing to play for is a load of crap. They will come out firing and hopefully we can match that.

Yes, smoke and mirrors I think they call it.
