it had a great atmosphere! :) ran in to some old friends, had Pavlich, Symmonds and Connolly sign my son's football, spent about $100 on things I didn't really need :)

Farmer didn't train but we did see him there. He drove out of the ground, soon after the guys all came off.

Mum was saying that on 6PR they said they thought they should rest him tonight, which probably makes sense.

Croad trained well.

I don't think they spent enough time in front of goals! ;)

Must have been close to 10,000 there (although I'm really bad at estimating crowd numbers...:o ).
It was great - they really should have played the song tho, that would have resounded through all of Freo with that crowd singing along!!
Was brilliant!:D Great atmosphere and feeling of positive expectation!

i was there from 5pm blowing up and handing out balloons. the most annoying part about that was as soon as u stepped out the door about 20 kids were in front of u and thebigger kids kept pushing past all the little kids and even if you said to stay back and keep your arms down they continued to keep pushing and shoving i dont think they understood that we had plenty of balloons to go around although the ammount of ppl that asked for 2 or 3 and the kids that kept coming back for more i'm surprised that we had enough

Whenever I hear that song I laugh so much I get a stitch. I can't believe you guys aren't clamouring to change it to...anything but that. It's an embarassment, probably why you weren't renowned for winning too many matches...it's just too much of an embarassment to play that...
