Hi Dockers, congrats on beating us last week and good luck on the weekend! (no, seriously, I can't stand essendon)

I'm currently on a bit of a crusade to get the AFL Members' rights changed. Did you know that they get 20,000 tickets to the grand final while the competing clubs' members get only 9,500.

Big deal you think? Well no, it has a serious effect on the dockers chance of winning a grand final and you being there.

You see the AFL Members consists of around 9,000 Collingwood "club supporter" memberships, whereas fremantle has only about 200.

So if there were a Grand final between these two teams, collingwood has at least a 9000 crowd advantage. Now considering that each team gets only 9,450 membership seats, you'll end up with 9,700 fremantle supportes, versus 18,500 collingwood supporters

The same applies for any final moved from interstate due to the MCC contract.

so anyway, read the post below, have a vote and post your support. Or if you disagree, please let me know why.

Thanks, and good luck.
