Gday folks, im a pies fan. Before you boo me i wanna pledge my full support to the dons on friday night. Freo are soft and they have to be the worst team to make the 8 in a while. They simply can't play in Melbourne and therefore do not deserve to win any finals games. Connolly the "marshmellow" is saying the bombers are too rough. I hope the boys, well the men of bomberland can send Chris and his bunch of over rated softies home to their mummies. Go Dons, give em' heaps!

Even worse....
As much as I hate Collingwood, I can't bring myself to barrack for Brisbane. I hope they bash each other to the shaisenhousen (sp?!) and one of them gets beaten by a point...and then they both get beaten by a point in their next game.

Freo can't play interstate,mmm, 3 wins this year aint bad.
Essendon interstate victories,mmm,0 wins this year. Thats terrific, much better than 3 isnt it!!
Freo will show you tomorrow night that you have to win outside of melbourne to gain respect outside of Victoria.
The fact is is that essendon are a terrific side in melbourne, under the roof in perfect condintions. As soon as they go out of there comfort zone interstate the little boys go home.
Fremantle have not beaten any interstate side in the 8, they are still a season away from top 4, but they are better than the bombers, especially in the west,bloody arrogant vics, you guys no nothing

Im sure that the 3 teams you beat in melbourne were crap. Out of the 8. All interstate teams are good and in the 8 and its much harder for Essendon to win interstate then for Fremantle or any other interstate team thats for sure.

They beat melbourne and the bulldogs early in the season and the roos late in the season, when there season was on the line. 3 is better than the bombers none. If the bombers had of won just one game interstate this year then they wwould have alot of respect , because to be quiet honest at home you write in a win because once the bombers are out of there comfort zone out of the dome or in melbourne they loose it for some reason. I am sure a reason sheeds can't work out

Unfortunatley we dont get to play teams like the doggies and melbourne when we travel, we have to play good teams like Brisbane, Adelaide and yes Freo. Our interstate form is poor, hopefully it will be turned around tonight when it counts and all will be forgiven.

What's all this Victorian pride thing?.
Players come from all over the country to play for a team, not a state.
The old Vic v S.A. v W.A. v N.S.W. v Qld, does not work in this situation.

Would Docker supporters barrack for West Coast in a Grand Final? Somehow I think not.
Likewise, I don't picture fans of the Camrys belting out "We are the Power to win, we'll never give in" for any other reason than that they may have lost a bet.
Victorian pride goes out the window as soon as Collingwood gets involved. :)

If the eagles made the grand final i would barrack for them. No doubts about it. I would think around 50% maybe of fremantle supporters would heop the eagles would win, especially if it was against a victorian team. Just like i think they would be the same if fremantle made it. If either played a non vic team it might be a little different

Although I don't like an interstate team winning, I'm certainly not keeping Victorian pride and going for Collingwood. Anyone but Collingwood. Or Carlton, but can't say I really have to worry about that. Once/if the two Vic teams are knocked out...I'm just gonna not care and go back to my very boring recluse life of Year 12.

If Collingwood was playing any interstate team I would be going for the interstate team. Any other victorian team against a interstate team and I would go for the interstate team.
Congratulations on the win, Bombers. (says another Pies fan).
Looking forward to a Round 22 Repeat Prelim Final - in the result as well as in the teams playing ^_^

Bombers came through and along with winning me some cash and victoria some pride, the kicked the **** out a feble, poor, weak and pathetic assembly of footballers(not that bad, just adding effect). That one was for you imperial.Now my beloved pies need to pull thrpugh for the state double.
