The full forward position is definately not dead. Once we are able to find someone who can fill this crucial position week in week out, we'll go a long way to success in 2004. Lets hope McDougall, Johnson or Hansen can get the chance to prove this position is theirs.

Im convinced that McDougall is that player. He is coming along in leaps and bounds and will no doubt be a big part of of our plans next season.

He'd need to bulk up heaps more first. CHF is more likely, with either Lynch or Hansen at FF.

i don't know if lynch is going to feature in our future but time will tell. maybe we will get hay in there as well. ;)

I'd like to see McDougall playing a Barry Hall/Chris Tarrant type role. Start from the goal square and go as far up as centre line looking for a mark.

If he can take some of the contested grabs he has taken this year with that frame, I'd like to see what he can do when he builds up.
