It's been quite a while now. Virutally every week his in the best 3-4 players, if not the best. Reminds me a lot like Hodge - hard at it, can use the ball very well, especially on both sides, very good leader, composed, can kick goals, good awareness, racks them up. Doesn't play bad games, even if he is tagged. The only thing his not overly quick or agile, but he has great anticipation so you do not need to be that agile.

I just don't understand why we don't put on the list, surely he is sick of playing VFL and I can't understand why other clubs haven't picked him up, baffling.

Anyway I just think that he could be in our best 22, food for thought at the very least.

With the way he finished off last season and is playing this season he is every chance to get drafted this year. Love it to be Hawthorn but for a good bloke like him, i'd be happy for him to get drafted by anyone. :)

And Mirra, I'll go nuts if they don't draft him as well. He will make our defence second to none.

Yeah i like the look of him too. Unfortunately i can't see him being drafted by Haw. as he's undersized at AFL level being 186cm and we got a plethora of these defenders who a medium sized. We'd be more likely to draft a Boumann who is 196cm but he'd need to put on 5+kgs.

Mirra would be a good selection for GWS. A mature age selection with natural defending abilities. Something they wouldn't have yet. All depends on how hard they look at BHH and which AFL players they sign.

Mirra in all honesty is more likely to be drafted than Gibson we have already had him on our list. Mirra is a natural defender and he plays taller than his height suggest a great aerialist and good closing speed

Saturday showed again why Boumann should not be drafted. Height means nothing. I would start shopping around as of now, and there are plenty of other options for Hawthorn at the moment.
