Lets get straight to the point!
Hads has leadership potential. You can't post on here and say that he doesn't, surely? He's cool, calm and collected under pressure. He's a fine young player. Could even be a future Captain. 21 years of age next year, we need to keep him at all costs. Pure class. He played tonight like he had 50 games under his belt.
I'm calling this now aswell as this next statement. If he is eligible next year, he'll win the Rising Star.
HADLEY, A FUTURE STAR OF THE GAME.

Vice-Captain next year might be going over the top a bit, but from the small amount of football I've seen him play he looks to have leadership potential. He showed good skills, a cool-head and seemed very enthusiastic (I guess two years between senior games will do that to you). That being said, a long way to go in his career yet.
I'm pretty sure he will be eligible for the rising star next year, as I think they have to have played less than ten games and be under 21 at the start of the year.

Next year, SB?! That's a mother of all BS's! :p
I think Sir Richard's leadership potential is already well recognised down at the club. I think he has the ability to become a very good senior player, in time; not quite a superstar, but a consistently fine player.
A very down to earth and polite young man, too.

Hopefully he stays in the team this week then.
We don't want another ben robbins or brett voss.
I don't think we would mind having a Brett Voss of this year, you know courageous, taking great marks, giving 110 percent. Anyway back to the topic, Hadley will never CAPTAIN THE LIONS for a season, because of the GUVNA. Browny will be our next leader in 8 years time after vossy kicks his final bag of one hundred goals as a 36 year old.
