Whitey absolutely slayed them last night, proved that he is a top line player once again, loved his mecurial ball play and great discipline, true champion

I agree.

He's been really good ever since that reprieve in the Round 19 game against the Pies. Hardly put a foot wrong.

Those calling for his retirement at the end of 2003 must be having second thoughts now.

Onya Whitey.

Sorry mate.

I don't really recall us having any violent disagreements in the past.

Anyway, if we did, I take it all back, since I now have the utmost respect for your football judgement;)

I have never doubted DJ. For some reason unknown to me, Matthews from time to time loses confidence of the ability of the great man.

Yes, we have seen the Darryl White of old the last few weeks. He must play on. Has a lot to offer.

When he's playing, and Johnno's doing the kick ins you know who's calling for it - and generally gets it.. He is a legend. How many more games to go to pass Nicky W.'s record ? I just love the way all the aboriginal players in the opposition get a hug and encouragement from him at game's end. Even the Pie ferals don't slag him, so he must be above it all.

Will be very interesting to see how he is used next week. For all the tricks he still has up his sleeve, he might be past it as a key defender...

He would probably beat Goodes in the centre-knockouts. Would definitely be able to run with him around the ground. The obvious.

Doesn't have to do it for the whole game, with Keating and Charman there.
