Who is going to the MCG next Saturday?
We are getting 5 tickets with our Priority 1 passes tomorrow and leaving Adelaide on Friday night at about 9pm.
A few of my mates now want to come along, 10 of them a Collingwood supporters the other 12 are Port supporters, we worked out a bus is going to cost us $3200 and the driver will let us drink on the bus etc, accomm is going to be 119 each at the Carlton Crest and ticket to the game is $75. So if we gather up 38 people it is going to cost us just under $300 bucks each. $2 beers on the bus, $3 bourbons and scotches etc. A boys only trip it's just the problem we've got is getting 38 seats together at the G, anyone here in the cheersquad know how it all works? I can't wait until next weekend, but I think we will probably all end up just going in cars unfortunately. I have also taken a weeks holiday starting this tuesday, it's probably not worth coming back.
We owe Collingwood one and there'd be nothing like being there in front of 70k Collingwood supporters letting them know about it.
